Our breath is a gateway into our automatic nervous system, which is essential to our wellbeing. And our breath can help us move to a more resourceful state and help us feel calm and relaxed, especially when we feel stressed. 

This is why I love using breathing exercises in my workshops and coaching sessions, because by focusing on our breath we can bring ourselves in to the present moment, ground ourselves and give ourselves the gift of calmness and relaxation.
