In this episode of Season 4 I am sharing one way to feel more confident. I will discuss a simple tool for how you can feel more confident, model the behaviour of others and start to create a new belief. 


You will hear me talk about:

  • how we feel internally impacts us externally
  • the physiological changes confidence can give us
  • how we can model the behaviour of someone who already shows confidence
  • what beliefs are holding our confidence back


I know that confidence is something that Mums often find a challenge and I hope that this episode will support you to find more helpful beliefs about yourself.
